These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MahjongMate : Scorekeeper (the "App"), a mahjong scorekeeping iOS application provided by Relic Inc. ("Relic", "we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The App is intended for users 13 years of age or older. By using the App you represent that you meet this age requirement. The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any data from them.
The App works without signing in — game data is stored locally on your device.
If you sign in with Sign in with Apple, we create an account for you so that your games can be backed up and synced across your Apple devices. You can sign out at any time from the Settings screen. You may request account deletion by contacting us at the email above; deletion removes your account and all associated cloud-synced data within a reasonable period.
The App offers an optional auto-renewing subscription, Mahjong Mate Pro, that unlocks unlimited games, unlimited use of the Score Helper, and unlimited game history.
Pro is offered in three subscription lengths:

Prices are shown in your local currency on the in-app purchase screen and may vary by region. Apple is responsible for currency conversion and local tax handling.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless you cancel auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
